DMS Expo2004: AutoStore - new modules and functions in version 2.0 / Release of AutoCapture
 Capture Modules: - Integration of AutoCapture (AutoCapture offers workflow based capture of documents from Windows desktops). - Integration of the Ricoh Globalscan Software, to directly connect Ricoh copiers to AutoStore - Integration of XEROX WorkCentre and DocumentCentre copiers into AutoStore for direct capture of documents and creation of index fields - Integration of SMTP Capture services into AutoStore (capturing emails out of SMTP data streams) Route Modules: - Support of Documentum ApplicationXtender - Better support of Humming DM5 - New Send to Folder and Send to FTP modules (allowing to address more then one destination in these systems, but to store documents into many locations at once). Also the AutoStore SDK was enhanced allowing developers to build new modules and validation more easy then before. A key feature of the new server is AutoCapture. AutoCapture allows to capture documents from Windows desktops by simply right clicking them and adding index values. This component can also be combined with other modules like OCR or PDF conversion to ease the work of users. To add index values the administrator can create various fields, like text, list, date or Boolean fields. Out of the entered index data the AutoStore server then can build a path or locate a certain repository to put the data with all information’s in. Also the licensing of AutoStore changed the way, that AutoStore now holds the complete Abbyy Finereader without page counting in it’s basic version. 06.09.2004, Notable Solutions inc.
