Notable Solutions Inc. launches capture workflow solutions supporting Xerox multi-function devices
 AutoStore irs a multi-threaded service that can be fully configured through an extensive, yet easy-to-use, graphical process designer. As a Microsoft Windows NT® service that is independent of any messaging system or database applications, AutoStore simply acts as a portal through which documents can travel between a device (for example, the HP Digital Sender) and applications. AutoStore can be configured to process documents through various process components, such as OCR, barcode or forms recognition, field mapping, and image cleanup. After a document is processed through one of these process components, it is stored in an application’s database. Xerox component is an AutoStore capture component that supports WorkCentre® Pro and Document Centre™ systems. This component may be used in a workflow definition in conjunction with AutoStore process or route components. Use this component to centrally program your Xerox multifunctional devices with custom keys and index fields. Users can scan documents from the Xerox multifunctional device control panel into AutoStore workflow with the touch of a single button.
