Vision-IT AG offers a new service for digitalising and retouching of archive images. Using this service, enterprises can prevent their valuable photos and slides being destroyed in the course of time. Already existing damages can often be repaired by retouching.
Unique photographs from the past, kept as photo positives or slides are often irreplaceable. But much material is stored in some archive, abandoned to the ravages of time which will inevitably damage the material. Vision-IT returns the standardised digital masters in best quality and reference to the physical original. If needed, Vision-IT also transcribes metadata of the content and imports metadata and images into storage systems such as Media Asset Management solutions.
