TCToolbox and EasyBroseMax - A Powerful Solution for Browsing Information
The XML-based Content Management System TCToolbox by Ovidius is now available with a publishing solution for EasyBrowseMax. EasyBrowse generates electronic publications for CD-ROM, Intranet and Internet and provides powerful research and navigation possibilities which will bring added value to your technical documentation by offering advanced browsing features. With TCToolbox and EasyBrowseMax Ovidius targets companies that provide customers with technical documentation over the Internet or grant online access for employees working outside the office. The integration of EasyBrowseMax and TCToolbox Workgroup Edition is available for 10,000 € and will be presented at CeBIT in Hanover (15th - 21st March 2007), Hall 3, Stand A05.
As machines and technical devices are getting more complex so do instruction manuals and user guides. When dealing with large collections of technical documents the user might find it tiresome to browse the content for relevant information. To address this problem Ovidius offers the Content Management System TCToolbox with an integrated publishing solution for EasyBrowseMax. EasyBrowseMax is a powerful tool for creating electronic publications for CD-ROM, Internet and Intranet and provides extensive search and annotation functions. As well as XML-based content EasyBrowseMax also allows for displaying and searching HTML, PDF and Office documents.
TCToolbox and EasyBrowseMax have been designed especially for accessing technical documents via the Internet or Intranet or for publishing technical documentation on CD-ROM. Unlike other search software such as HTML Help the clean and intuitive interface makes browsing content easy.
