ProExecute announced the availability of PrintWeasel, the intelligent software for an ultra high-speed print process. PrintWeasel is the only solution that fully automates the print process, enabling users to easily identify, read, route and print hundreds of documents to any number of printers across a network - with or without owning the source application.
With only a few mouse clicks, PrintWeasel will automatically open each document, determine size and characteristics of each file, monitor the availability of each printer on the network and send each file to the appropriate printer based upon work load and paper size. Cover pages, end pages, watermarking, headers and footers can be added to the documents for tracking purposes. All data and activity is stored in a database and is fully searchable via a text search engine. In addition to cost savings and error protection, PrintWeasel reduces printing time by up to 70 percent due to the dramatically diminished need for user interaction.
