April 19 Event Features Experts from Mobius and Cap Gemini Discussing the Benefits of Fast, Easy, and Secure Access to Disparate Content Sources

Mobius Management Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBI), provider of integrated solutions for content and records management, today announced a premier lineup of speakers for a Webcast that will explore how organisations can benefit from integrating disparate content sources. The Webcast, "Content Integration - Leveraging Your Existing ECM Investments," will be held April 19, 2006 at 10:30am British Summer Time.

The one-hour event will be hosted by AIIM Europe, the international authority on enterprise content management (ECM). The Webcast will feature presentations by Doug Miles, AIIM UK managing director; Karry Kleeman, Mobius senior vice president for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA); and Richard Martin, information management consultant in business intelligence and information management at Cap Gemini.

"There are very few large organisations that start with a blank canvas when assessing their enterprise content management needs," said Tulin Pledger, director of EMEA Marketing at Mobius. "Most companies have already installed a variety of technologies for Web content management, document management, document imaging, and records management. Having multiple, disconnected systems compounds the difficulty of getting a unified view of all the information about a customer, account or transaction."

Content integration streamlines operations and reduces costs in many functional areas by consolidating the information in disparate systems. Customer service responds more quickly to inquiries. Compliance and legal officers have faster, more efficient access to corporate records. Mergers and acquisitions cause fewer disruptions and less duplicated effort. Critical performance information—in multiple formats, from multiple systems—is available quickly for sound decision making and improved agility.

"As enterprise content management evolves, the repository plays an ever more dominant role," said Mr. Kleeman. "A consolidated view of content in multiple, disparate repositories provides flexibility in selecting, or retaining, different vendors for different applications, leverages existing investments, and speeds up implementation."
