WorldView Ltd., an internet-based, electronic document management software and service provider, announced that they have partnered with P+W Software, provider of Flexible Benefits Administration systems for professional administrators and corporate plan sponsors. P+W Software is the developer of POWERPLUS NT - the country’s number one system for administering Flexible Spending Accounts, including FSAs, HRAs, HSAs and TRAs. As a result of this partnership, POWERPLUS NT users will drastically reduce their reliance on paper documents such as claims substantiation while streamlining their filing processes for increased accuracy, time savings and better use of manpower resources. Access to stored documents hosted by WorldView will be possible with a single click of a button from within the POWERPLUS NT application.

According to Bud Bockoven, director of sales and marketing of P+W Software, "Combining the strengths of WorldView’s state of the art document management system with P+W’s FSA, HRA, HSA and debit card processes is an ideal package solution for TPAs and health plan administrators who want to cut the clutter and elevate their productivity and customer service capabilities.”

WorldView Ltd. provides secure, hosted and in-house document management solutions for electronic claims substantiation storage and retrieval. Benefits of WorldView’s document management services include: electronic management of time sensitive data, improved customer service, secure document storage and retrieval, and audit trail reporting. In addition, WorldView’s document management services also aid in contingency planning and HIPAA compliance requirements.

"I’m excited P+W has joined forces with us,” says Tom Hassenstab, WorldView president. "P+W Software is a leader in the benefits administration software arena and it says a lot about the commitment they have to their clients by recognizing the value that document management delivers.” Hassenstab added, "With the enterprise content management functionality offered in the WorldView System it is a perfect fit for the paper-intensive, manual processes often encountered in the benefits industry.”
