Docubase Systems, Inc. and DORIS Insurance Systems, LLC Announce Enhanced Integration

Docubase Systems, Inc., provider of Electronic Document Management Systems ( EDMS ) and DORIS Insurance Systems LLC, an independent agency management system provider, announced the availability of an enhanced integrated solution addressing the increasing demand for agencies seeking to manage their paper-based and electronically created information seamlessly from their DORIS Agency Management system.
"Not only are Agencies able to retrieve information from Docubase with the push of a button on the DORIS toolbar, they can also leverage the power to capture, index and store information in Docubase in the same way”, said Mike Mansperger, Vice President of DORIS. According to Bob Larrivee, Director of Marketing for Docubase Systems, Inc. "The combined solution is designed to help Agencies manage and control information access and flow throughout their organization, while adhering to corporate, industry and government requirements. The enhancements in this version simplify the overall process, maintaining a more intuitive environment familiar to the Agents.”
When asked about the enhancements and their impact at the Huff Insurance Agency of Ft. Meyers, FL, Jason Huff, CIC LUTCF stated "This new feature is going to make DORIS and Docubase as ONE in our work environment. We will no longer need to access Docubase separately to get to our documents. Push a button and the file cabinet opens." Tim Huber, Agent/Owner of Tim Huber Insurance and Financial Services of St. Augustine, FL agrees stating "I have found the DORIS/Docubase integration to be extremely well designed. It is very easy to use and allows for immediate and accurate access to all scanned documents from within the DORIS system. The migration of data between the two systems will save countless hours, previously used to manually index files. It is a seamless, intuitive and user friendly pairing of the two systems. I would highly recommend the combination of systems for any agency’s document imaging needs.” 04.08.2005, Docubase Systems, Inc.
