IKON to Lead Expert Discussion on Minimizing Document Costs and Maximizing ROI

IKON Office Solutions, independent channel for document management systems and services, will host "Calculated Investment - Understanding the 'I' in ROI," a web seminar that will examine document efficiency strategies and new approaches to achieving lower document costs and increased return on investment (ROI) from document management spending.

"Calculated Investment - Understanding the 'I' in ROI" will take place on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. ET, featuring insights and best practices from IKON, InfoTrends/CAP Ventures and All Associates Group. The team of experts will discuss industry trends and technologies impacting user interaction with documents; how scientific methodology can be used to uncover savings opportunities; and document management solutions that can help companies expand their ROI.

Attendees will learn:

* Methods for estimating the direct visible costs of document equipment, maintenance and supplies;

* How to uncover the hidden support costs of documents; and,

* How much other companies, in the same industry, are spending on documents.
