Pinnacle Outlook Services Implements Scribe’s Dictation and Medical Transcription Platform

Pinnacle Outlook Services, one of the fastest growing and progressive medical transcription companies, has implemented Scribe’s Dictation and Medical Transcription Platform.
With a growth rate approaching 300% in 2004 and similar expected in 2005, Pinnacle Outlook Services is using Scribe’s dictation and medial transcription technologies to scale the business. Scribe’s technologies do not require the purchase of hardware or software. Dictation is via the telephone or digital recorder. The transcription module leverages standard Microsoft applications, .Net, and the Internet to create a secure and easy to use environment. Scribe takes care of maintaining the technology and Pinnacle is able to focus on growing its business.
“Scribe has a strong track record and extensive offering that can grow with our customers. We researched the top vendors and Scribe had the best solution I’ve seen. Implementation was quick with our transcriptionists were producing work on their first day of use,” says Samir Maknojia, President and CEO at Pinnacle.
“Many transcription companies are faced with expensive, difficult to use software solutions to manage their business. While many large transcription companies have purchased or built their own solutions, small to medium companies have been able to exist with the basics – Internet, ftp and email. Scribe’s technology fits nicely with small to medium sized transcription companies. Instead of a large capital expense, Scribe customers are able to generate additional profit in their first month,” says John Weiss, Scribe’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
“As our customer needs increase, we are able to grow with them by offering digital signature, online repository, coding and other Scribe modules,” says Mike Garver, Pinnacle Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
